Revive Impact Fund

Revive Impact Fund is a transition fund which aims to invest primarily in the regeneration of redundant sites and the development of mixed used resilient neighbourhoods across Europe. It is a SFDR article 9 fund to build sustainable, community-centered, large-scale living products.

Create operational Net Zero neighbourhoods with a Primary Energy Demand (‘PED’) that’s 10% below Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (‘NZEB’) threshold

Embodied Carbon

Aim to reduce CO² emissions to 300kg CO²e/m² for new build housing (A1 – A3)

Social and affordable

Provide 20% of all units for affordable/ social housing use

Biodiversity

Increase overall green spaces by facilitating a net gain for green areas on 100% of the assets

Article 9 Fund

Revive Impact Fund is an article 9 Fund in accordance with the SFDR: “a fund that has sustainable investments as its objective”. REIF invests in transformative urban redevelopment projects that drive sustainable growth and revitalization.

The fund is dedicated to supporting initiatives that align with specific sustainable targets, fostering communities where environmental responsibility and social impact are integral to the development strategy.
