Nicolas Bearelle
Nicolas holds a Master’s in Architecture from Luca School of Arts and an MBA from Vlerick Business School. He further enhanced his expertise by completing Harvard’s Executive Real Estate Master Class.
As the founder and executive chairman of Re-Vive NV, Nicolas plays a key role in shaping and advancing innovative real estate projects in Belgium, Poland and Portugal.
Additionally, he co-founded Watt Factory and has served as a Global Trustee for the Urban Land Institute, following his role on its Executive Committee for Belgium since 2015.

Alexandre Huyghe
Alexandre is the CEO of Revive Fund Management, a position he assumed in July 2023, serving on the Board, Management Committee, and Investment Committee. Since January 2020, he has also been the CEO of Revive, overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, and guiding the leadership team. Under his leadership, Revive has strengthened its position as a leader in urban regeneration and sustainable development, expanded internationally to Poland and Portugal, and doubled its team size from 40 to 80 employees.
Before becoming CEO, Alexandre served as Chief Investment Officer at Revive from 2015 to 2019, where he led business development, deal structuring, and portfolio management. He built a team of 10, launched Revive’s Good Life Funds to transform urban brownfields, and orchestrated the company’s first cross-border acquisition in Poland.

Koen Hoffman
Koen obtained a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences from Ghent University in 1990 and an MBA from Vlerick Business School in 1991. In 1992, he began his career in the Project Financing department at KBC Bank. Four years later, in 1996, he moved to KBC Securities, the brokerage firm of the KBC Group. In 2003, Koen became a board member of KBC Securities, and from October 2012 to July 2016, he served as its CEO.
Since August 2016, Koen has been the Chief Executive Officer of Value Square and a member of the Board of Directors. Additionally, he serves as the independent chairman of the board of directors at the publicly traded companies Greenyard, Fagron, and MDxHealth. He is also an independent board member at Janshen Hahnraths Group.

Jan Suykens
Jan holds a Master’s in Applied Economic Sciences from Ufsia Antwerp (1982) and an MBA from Columbia University (1984), complemented by the Leadership for Senior Executives program at Harvard (2016). With over 30 years of expertise in management and investment management across diverse sectors, he contributes significant experience to the Board of Directors.
From 2016 to 2022, Jan served as CEO of Ackermans & van Haaren, overseeing companies like DEME, Delen Private Bank, and Bank J. Van Breda & Co. He was on Ackermans & van Haaren’s executive committee from 1990 to 2016 and chaired the Board of Bank J. Van Breda & Co (1998–2023) and vice-chaired Delen Private Bank (1994–2023). He has also held roles with Nextensa Group, Anima Care, and CFE.
Currently, Jan serves on the boards of Mediahuis NV, De Warande, and Cofinimmo and chairs the Board of Guberna.
